adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute
such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium,
or technology (now known or hereafter developed or devised) throughout
the universe. Any physical submissions shall be deemed, and shall
remain, our property (including but not limited to photographs).
In addition, you warrant that all so-called "moral rights"
and other rights recognized throughout the world (including without
limitation, the European Economic Community) in those materials
have been waived.

"Drag Palace" are service marks and trademarks of Psi Prime, Inc.
and may be used publicly only with express written permission. Other
trademarks and service marks featured on DragPalace.com are displayed
pursuant to licenses obtained from the owners and/or holders of
those trademarks and service marks, and may not be used publicly
without the express written consent of the owners and/or holders
of such trademarks and service marks.
COPYRIGHTS
Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all materials
on DragPalace.com are protected by Federal copyright and are protected
under treaty provisions and worldwide copyright laws. Materials
contained in any part of DragPalace.com may not be reproduced, copied,
edited, published, transmitted or uploaded in any way without the
written permission of Psi Prime. Except as expressly stated in the
Limited License provision in these Legal Notices, Psi Prime does
not grant any express or implied right to you under any of his trademarks,
service marks, copyrights or other proprietary information.
